Part of this platform is the Higher Education Benefit Alliance (HEBA):

 

HEBA is structured to take advantage of the high volume of college and university clients under one umbrella in the employee benefits insurance and services arena.   This is done through coordinated efforts that leverage this volume in the marketplace to insurance companies and other service providers that possess an appetite for  higher education business. 

 

The HEBA program currently involves college and university clientele in over 15 states from coast to coast, with over 50 colleges and universities participating.  It has also been supported by higher education groups and associations that have had a positive experience introducing the program to their members. 

 

The following is accomplished more effectively than a school operating on a stand-alone basis:

1) Access to better financial proposals for institutions

2) Access to better benefits and features for institutions

3)  Access to stability in maintaining the aforementioned advantages

Mid-Size Clients
The Mid-Sized client has special needs. It is important to work with a brokerage house that understands these needs.

Often the Human Resources Department for clients this size consists of 1-5 individuals whom often have duties that go beyond HR.
Small Case Division
Our small account division brings our clients a service plan that ensures that they are aware of the most cost effective solutions available in the marketplace. This is accomplished by a thorough annual market analysis and quarterly meetings to "educate" our customers on marketplace trends.
